Substation Turnkey Project in West Asia

1. Project Overview

In early 2026, Zhejiang Jingyu Technology Co., Ltd (JYDQ) successfully delivered a comprehensive 110kV substation project for a power utility client in West Asia. The project encompassed the complete supply of primary high-voltage equipment including power transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, instrument transformers, and associated auxiliary systems — all designed, manufactured, and factory-tested at JYDQ's ISO-certified facility in Wenzhou, China.

JYDQ's engineering team provided full-cycle on-site technical support — from equipment positioning and foundation alignment to inter-bay connections, secondary wiring supervision, and pre-commissioning testing. All equipment passed rigorous site acceptance tests (SAT) in full compliance with IEC standards.

2. Key Equipment & Technical Highlights

The project featured JYDQ's full-range high-voltage product portfolio, engineered to meet the demanding operational requirements of the region. Key equipment supplied included high-capacity power transformers with pure copper windings, SF6 gas-insulated circuit breakers with spring-operated mechanisms rated for 10,000+ mechanical operations, high-accuracy instrument transformers for precision metering and protection, and outdoor high-voltage disconnect switches with hot-dip galvanized corrosion protection.

All equipment was individually routine-tested at JYDQ's in-house high-voltage laboratory prior to shipment, with test reports submitted for client review. The successful energization of this substation reinforces JYDQ's position as a reliable EPC-capable partner for international power infrastructure projects.
